Our booking terms and conditions We reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees and for any damage to the room caused by you during your stay . Cancelled reservations: 100% on the day 50% more than 24 hrs notice If we re-let the room(s) there will be a £10.00 admin charge and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Payments made with a debit card = No charge Cheque and Guarantee card = No Charge Payments made with a credit card = £3.50 booking fee per transaction or 3% if bookings are more than two nights, which will be added to the final bill Cash = No charge Checkout: please check out of your room by 10.30am so we can ensure the rooms are ready for our next guests. |
